List of Requirements & FAQs for a successful event
The sim requires:
- An indoor flat and dry floor space that is at least 5 metres deep (16.5ft), 3.5 metres wide (11.6ft), 3 metres high (10ft) with access to mains power within 30m (100ft)​
- WiFi

How long does set up/break down take?
We require ~1.5h to set up and 1h to pack away at the end of an event

Do you do the full set up?
To ensure everything runs smoothly and to help us keep our pricing competitive, we ask that a designated member of your team, venue staff, or a guest is available to lend a quick hand during setup and pack-down of the simulator. The task is straightforward, safe, and will be fully explained by our team. It only less than five minutes at the start and end of your event, and your support makes a big difference in helping us deliver a seamless experience.

Can the simulator be used outdoors?
In theory yes, but it would require no rain, minimal wind and minimal sun - so for now we will only hire to indoor venues

Will someone be on site to host the simulator?
Absolutely yes! One of the ParTee Pop-Up team will be there for the entire event, setup & put down, running the games, making sure everyone is safe and the most important job - updating the leaderboards!!

Do you supply all the equipment?
Yes - we will bring everything required including clubs for left handers and children (additional cost). Of course guests can bring their own clubs if desired but this is not expected

Do you have insurance?
Yes! We have public liability insurance of £2M
